a) Slater believes he should have copyright to the image because he went to the lengths of setting everything up, going to the location, and editing the photo.
b) Wikimedia claims that the monkey took the picture, not Slater, meaning it should be available for everyone and Slater cannot claim it. c) I side with Slater, because he made all of the efforts. Other photographers get to have copyright if the animal sets off the photo with a motion censor, so he should too. The monkey cannot talk or have an opinion in this argument, meaning Slater should get the decision.
